Marthinus Pagel takes on the role of CFO after a career of working in Financial Services for over 23 years, with 15 years of experience in the Bermuda Insurance market. He has worked in both the Captive and Insurance Management spaces and is a Bermuda CPA. Marthinus graduated from Tshwane University of Technology with a degree in Internal Auditing. He is a proactive, team-oriented leader who thrives in both start-ups and well-established organizations.
